DL breaks normal Winamp Options menu updating.

    When using Dynamic Library, normal updating of the Winamp Options menu (as might take place due to a skin change) does not take place.

    Reproduction:
    With Winamp open, choose Winamp Modern, then close and restart Winamp so that you have a fresh instance running. Now switch to the default Winamp Classic skin. Now check out the options menu; the modern skin options (Winamp Modern/Color Themes) stay listed. These remain until Winamp is restarted again.
