• Go to the portfolio tool and select "Settings" and enter a join code.  Space owners can use this to join the portfolio.

These are management tools, not project team tools. We do not recommend adding work for an individual project to this space. Instead, attach a portfolio project and move your work into that container.

Use the Portfolio tool to make a list of spaces for review.  You can attach existing spaces by entering a "Join Code" in the Settings panel.  Add a "Member" tool to the existing space, and enter the join code.

Use the Branding tool to get home page at <your url name>.assembla.com, and a give your portfolio spaces a custom header and style.

Use the Staffing tool to post job advertisements on Assembla.  You can link to the job advertisement from other sites, and collect applications.  You can track, sort, and email candidates inside the Staffing tool.

Use the Time tool to report on hours worked in your projects, and export timesheet data.
