This should primarily be for replacing the project and query persistance system, which is the only place SqLite appears to be in use outside of testing

Upgrade UI

UI can gain significant usability improvments by utilizing the WeifenLuo winforms library for performing things such as Docking. In general, get UI to resemble Visual Studio a bit more.
