Refined Specifications of Hotel Room Booking System (HRBS)

The web based hotel room booking system allows customers to book hotel rooms. To use the online system, customers have to be registered with the system. Unregistered customers can only view room, facilities and services availability, whereas registered customers can view and book rooms, facilities and services. Registered customers can select specific room(s) according to their preferences. In addition, facilities and services provided by the hotel are also available for booking. Online payment has to be made before booking is confirmed. The system allows hotel staffs and system administrator to have administrator accounts. Customers can either cancel/update booking by accessing the web based system or by calling the hotel where the hotel staff can help make amendments with at least 3 days in advance.
