Meeting with Lab supervisor

• Adjust room rates

·         Higher level rooms charge high

• Link with rates

·         Policy auto updates rooms

·         Certain periods (like national events? F1)

·         With discount up to 50% or price increases

• Customers have privilege

·         Discounts

·         3 months in advance

·         Corporate privilege

• Existing? For demo purpose must have the dummy database
• Database?

§  Outside of the use case: means that there is an existing database

§  Inside of the use case: means that we have to develop a new database

• Less than 3 days booking: Counter staffs have different rights to make booking for customers(with additional fees)
• System administrator? Have higher rights to manage the system
• Manager? Generate reports for marketing purpose
• How different is our system from the rest of the existing system?

§  If customer wants to book 5 days in the hotel, but the hotel only has 4 days room available for them to book. (give an alternative solution)

ü  Upgrade rooms for them

ü  Show them the availability of the other rooms

ü  Give customers the best combination for the convenience of the customers
