      • View by Date can then be accompanied with view by package
        • When viewing by package show the differences in table format.

          • Within Package: Includes room services or special features etc.

 

• Flight numbers should be placed inside the bookings list (optional)
• Services like Transport from airport should be provided. 2 types: Morning/ Night
• Food services should be included

 

• When booking by room, show the room layout, possibly accompanied by photos of the room itself
• Backend : Sort bookings by their type.. as in put all quiet room bookers into the same floor or section (?) OR the room is tagged with a special attribute like non-smoking or quiet.
• Provide a reminder service for bookings more than a month away! Send to email
• Email confirmation service

• Frequent Traveler (Has made the same booking more than 10 times in a year?) Save his preferences?
  • Preference: adjoining rooms/ high floor/ low floor/ non smoking/ quiet.
• By Date selection : means the customer isn’t too concerned with specifics, so provide alternatives is good.

  • More feasible to implement the select specific room idea.

Bad points of existing systems

 

• Negative Search Results do not show where the error is at.. room type not available or etc etc and does not forward recommendations on what the corrective action can be.
• Room Types Dates and Availability does not flow well.

Basic Search is like package deals are recommended by the hotel.

Advance gives the customer FULL customization powers.

 

Per Room Features: if there are more than 2 rooms being booked.. there should be separate preference charts. // Allow for copy Preference to all rooms.
