    is hold key for number useful?
    Think the various capitalization options that phones have will be too complex?

    I imagine hold-the-key-number might be a good option but also having it on the 'tap-list' (i.e. a.. b.. c.. A.. B.. C.. 1.. !.. repeat )

    Capitalisation - maybe an option to have a shift-key and also an option to have the capitals in the tap-list.

    The complexity comes if this should be an easy access user option. Easier if facilitator only via settings.
