Put settings on Menu

    Add all the settings to a menu.

    Have some settings available through the on-screen-keyboard panel (these should be defineable in layout file)

    I thought this was already on a ticket but it’s not obvious
    Anyway for now you can get to the settings via a right click between buttons (and back to main layout again).
