Split Audio

    Split the audio feedback (prompts as word builds) and the audio output (completed spoken word) to L / R audio channels.

    Also option for different SAPI voice for prompts/output.

    yes there's lots of flexibility with SAPI; pitch, speed, volume, voice (if available) so we should pick of add loads of options which I tend to not like (KISS principle)
    Not so sure about when we port to other OS - might have ot just ignore.
