3DCAMP Houston 2011

This milestone will include tickets related to recruiting organizers for 3DCAMP Houston 2011. Currently, Dave Morris and Bill Lanigan are the only organizers. We welcome any others who would like to help out, so this milestone will be a place for us to talk about who else we would like to recruit as co-organizers.

This milestone will include tickets related to web design, graphic design, t-shirts, social media campaigns, advertising, email marketing/invitations, etc...

This milestone will include all tickets related to recruiting and confirming speakers for 3DCAMP Houston 2011. Please include each potential speaker's name or organization in the title of the ticket, and all correspondence with that person will go in the details for that ticket.

This milestone will include tasks associated with dealing with sponsors, requesting funding or swag, and organizing marketing materials according to who becomes a sponsor.

3D Prints

This milestone will include anything related to enticing people to attend 3DCAMP Houston. This may include tickets with specific individuals' names, or organizations we should approach to recruit attendees. It will be a good way to track correspondence with particular individuals or organizations who we would like to attend 3DCAMP this year.

This milestone will include any tickets that don't fit in one of the other milestones. Things such as setup that needs to happen on the day of the event, logistics around venue selection, delivery of food, putting together swag bags, buying materials (orange juice, a box of pencils, dry erase markers, etc...)
