Job is to create 10 templates for dynamic websites. Templates will be related to the real estate industry. The templates should be XHTML compliant. Our traditional method for building templates follows the header/body/footer style. You should be able to create PSDs of your layouts and export XHTML. We are looking for quality web 2.0 designs. Flash and especially actionscript coding a big plus!

CSS, XHTML compliance (A MUST!), require good design skills. We are self made developers and don’t mind working with self made graphics people. You will be judged on quality of work and your ability to meet deadlines only.

Job is contract position for producing 10 templates. We will contact you in the future with more job offerings if everything works out.
