Job: Graphics and Template work in Joomla 1.0.x environment

Looking for someone to spruce up my site. It is mostly a gallery for fantasy and sci-fi artwork. So something with a medieval or scimething style would probably fit. I use Joomla 1.0.x and have a pretty solid handle on the php and framework of it all, I just suck at the layout and graphics part :)
- Requirements: skills, experience, and availability
General CMS knowldedge would work, as well as photoshop, obviously
- Compensation, terms, and duration of job
I am open to any suggestions. The site is semi-commercial, monetized with google adsense. I would even be willing to go into some sort of profit sharing agreement after initial payment.
