I have spent most of my career testing service delivery platforms and products, including voicemail platforms, VOIP switching systems, cellular billing applications, wireless lan platforms and call center applications. I am a very hands on, big picture engineer who likes to understand the whole product/project and share my knowledge throughout the organization. I have worked at all layers of the network, have a good understanding of troubleshooting techniques and I have worked with several flavors of Linux. I am also process oriented and have been certified as an ISO9001 Internal Auditor.

I have extensive software quality assurance experience and I have been involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle including:
