I am a software developer from Concepcion, Chile. I am starting a new small company called Layer 9, where we do database design and development in PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Firebird, SQLite and MySQL, as well as some development with PHP/Symfony, Python/Turbogears, Python/GTK, C#/GTK# and Visual Studio .NET.
