I am systems administrator and network security consultant with over 14 years of experience in IT in many different industries. More recently I have switched my focus to programming and have solid grasp of Ruby on Rails with several successful deployments to show for it. I work mainly with open source systems such as Linux (Debian, mostly) and FreeBSD on the server side and my development environment of choice is OS X.
