HRsmart – In my role in the Quality department, my primary tasks are designing test plans for the wide variety of Human Resources software products of the company (Learning Management System, Applicant Tracking System, Carreer Development and Succesion Planning, Employee Performance Management and Survey Management, my strengths LMS and ATS) , the writing of functional and regression test cases, running of regression processes, exploratory bug finding, bug reporting, improvement suggestions. All the tasks were developed in conjunction with the development team, both in enhancements/updates of the products, when incremental testing was required, as well as regression processes. Also, due the gained knowledge of the company products, I was in charge of developing training courses about the functional aspects of the application, as well as their goals for the end user. The intended audience of the training material are primarily developers and quality assurance engineers.
