      animation

Taking a project from conception to a delivery is something I love about my job. I have worked on every aspect of the production from developer, designer, animator to production manager. Being the driving force, keeping projects in scope and under budget, being the hand that guides the project, either quietly or with a firm hand, that is what gets me going, especially if its with new technologies.

In the Digital arena, I have managed projects from websites, interactive applications and wap games, iphone, android and ipad applications. I have produced Facebook applications that have had millions of likes (literally), created CMS based Facebook enterprise initiatives for Estée Lauder Corporation and its family of Brands (Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Origins, etc). I have produced games and applications for major networks. Banner campaigns, youtube channels, sweepstakes… you name it….

As a creative I have edited films, wrote stories, created animations, designed websites, interactive kiosks, banners, flash games, tutorials, you name it. I started as a creative and keep the dream alive.

I have been client facing in most of my positions. I can work across many departments and manage large and small teams. The teams can be in the next room or across the planet (Romania, Costa Rica, Canada, New Jersey). I have written business requirements, SOWs, defined project requirements, created wireframes and communicated very complex technical ideas to people who don’t understand technology. I have worked in many production methodologies, but I prefer agile. I have experience with many project management tools, including basecamp, Jira, bugzilla, google docs, office suite and more.

I have a technical background. I know, html, css flash AS3 and I have set up akamai servers. But I’m not a strong programmer. I am a very strong Producer. I can communicate well with developers. I have hired great teams of people and helped foster amazing environments where imagination, teamwork and passion all come into play.

I have a great client list:
ABC, Blue Shield of California, Bobbi Brown, Canon, Clinique, Cartoon Network, Disney, History Channel, HESS, VH1, WWE, USA Networks, Johnson and Johnson, Lifetime, NBC, Newcastle. Nick Jr., Nickelodeon, Orlando Sentinel, Oxygen Networks, Pogo.com, Quaker Oats, and School of Visual Art

Please take a look at my resume and also check out my PM blog where you can read more about some of the projects I have worked on (<a href="http://www.fredkluth.com">www.fredkluth.com</a>).

Best wishes,

Fred Kluth
