I have worked the last 9+ years in full lifecycle projects that involve Architecture in Java, C# and Ruby technologies with many databases (Mysql, Oracle, Sybase, SqlServer), a wide range of open source tools and project management and control tools that make me perfectly fit to make a direct an immediate contribution to your team.

For the last 5 years I have been working on remote projects for US companies and more specifically for the last year and a half in agile ruby on rails projects using Scrum. The last, US based company, I worked for used my expertise in Mobile Apps and Javascript libraries to help them build a rich client to edit images online, with the options to add texts with different forms, effects and colors. The UI used pop ups, collapsing spaces and Ajax calls to have the best user experience.

The process we followed is that I would call in for the iteration planning meeting, for the daily scrums and for the retrospectives once the iteration is complete. We used IM, email and Skype to talk during the day so that we would be working closely together. I had remote access to servers for testing and version control.
