I have 7+ years experience, in the following topics:
- Sofware development, including not only coding but also analysis, desing, architecting, team leading, etc.
- Training: I’m official Sun Microsystems (Java, Java EE, Web Services, Patterns, …) and Oracle (former BEA WebLogic product family) trainer.

Now I run my own company, Salenda. One of our business is software development. We use two stacks, depending on the customer requirements:
1) Struts2 + JPA + Spring + Ajax etc.
2) Grails.

Talking about the second one, we have in production a couple of projects using not only Grails but also plugins like Searchable, JSecurity, GrailsUI, etc. We have also developed custom grails scripts, templates and a lot of core Groovy code in other projects.
