Assembla gives you the tools to manage Agile processes using classic Scrum methods (stories and tasks) or a Kanban "Cardwall."
Visualize Your Workflow
Present your team with a shared, real-time dashboard of tasks using the Ticket List, Cardwall, and Agile Planner views.
The Ticket List view gives you and your team a compact view of important tasks. Organize the list with default filters or your own queries. Right click on any row to update ticket values. Useful views include upcoming milestones sorted by priority, current milestone sorted by status, and "My Tasks." Use the sidebar to instantly create your own custom view.
The Cardwall view automates the "white board and sticky note" version of a Kanban or Scrum board. You get an "at a glance" view of what tasks have not been started, who is working on what, what tasks are ready to test, and what tasks have been completed. Tasks can be dragged across the different stages of development.
The Agile Planner view is an Ajax UI that makes it easy to visually plan features, stories, and releases. In the Stories/Features column, you can make an outline of stories, features, and tasks then sort your tasks into a coherent schedule in the milestone column. Update your plan by dragging and dropping. The Ajax UI shows running time estimates for each feature and milestone.
