I figured out the solution to my problem. I was missing the testruns/ directory that's supposed to be under the app/tmp/logs/ directory.

19 Ignoring trunk/app/config/database.php will result in errors when you checkout a fresh copy. References to my_dbo_source is needed or it will explode in errors.
So adding database.php with dummy data so Bromine does not explode.
