- Organize tasks. Use the milestones feature to organize tasks in terms of iterations of releases.
- Cross-reference tasks. Associate tickets with related tickets
- Schedule tasks. View progress graphically using burndown charts.
- Report on tasks. Each ticket features its own comment threads
- Monitor tasks. Email alerts, RSS feeds and Stream views keep you fully informed in real time.
- Find tasks. Use custom filters of a full text search to locate all tickets.
- Illustrate tasks. Quickly grab a screenshot and attach it to a bug report or request using our Screen Capture Applet.
