Select a PlanTime Tracking and Reporting with Integrated Ticket and Collaboration Tools
How to Effectively Track Time:
1. Enter Time on a Ticket: Go to the ticket, enter new hours worked, and submit changes. This will automatically add the team member's time to the Time Tool.
Work remaining can be utilized for project, feature, and iteration planning. When a ticket is created, when it has been accepted, and when it is being worked on, a team member can note the estimated time remaining for the ticket. The burndown chart and Agile Planner options under the Ticket tab can be used to view these metrics for planning purposes.
2. Enter time with the Time tab: Go to the Time tab in your space and create a time entry by entering the date and time. You can also associate the time with a ticket and enter notes about the work.
3. Time Reporting: Owners of the space are able to pull time reports for accounting and billing purposes. Select a date range, define the users, and submit to generate a report. Reports can be exported in CSV format.
We provide preconfigured spaces for your convenience. However, you can add or remove tools from any space, and change the configuration
